We trade ads for room nights!
How it works:
Choose the type of ad you want to place in the order form above. fill out the form completely.
Make a gift certificate for the required nights stay for the ad you ordered.
Certificate must be issued for use in a minimum of 12 months, and be open to holder of the certificate 100% transferrable.
Certificate will be good for one or two persons, additional persons may be charged extra at your discretion.
Certificate should include room and tax, unless you are required to pay tax on complimentary rooms.
Guest will be responsible for all extra charges, parking, food ( not included with regular rooms), telephone or any other incidental charges not customarily included with regular room rates.
Reservations are to be made in advance, with guest mentioning that he has a gift certificate.
Hotel has the right to limit use if occupancy exceeds 80%, on holidays and events.
Hotel may refuse certificate if it has been changed or altered after issue.
Certificates will be resold, used for promotions or traded to second parties. Smoke Free Accommodations reserves the right to trade sell or give certificates as deemed nescessary to recover costs of advertisement.
Certificate will have no cash value once sold, and may not be reimbursed by hotel or SFA if unused by expiration date.
Hotel may by it's own choice offer an extension or discount to holder beyond life of the certificate.
